This is the truth of the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus. God did not leave us alone in sin and darkness. At just the right time He sent His Son Jesus into the world. He lived a perfect life among us, He went to the cross and died instead of us and rose again to save us. He came so that everyone who believes in Him may be forgiven because of His great love to us.
This Christmas is the perfect time to consider who Jesus really is, not only a baby in a manger, but Emmanuel, God with us.
